Refund policy

At Print & Place, every artwork is printed to order especially for you. Because each print is made on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Please ensure you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we're here to help.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing contact@printandplaceco.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and its packaging

Once we've reviewed your claim, we'll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate at no additional cost.

In most cases, we won't require the damaged item to be returned.

Change of Mind

As each print is produced specifically for your order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Ordering the wrong artwork
  • Colour variations caused by differences in screen settings

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@printandplaceco.com.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders can only be changed or cancelled before production begins. Once your artwork has entered production, we are unable to make changes or offer cancellations.
