Shipping policy

At Print & Place, every artwork is printed to order especially for you. This helps reduce waste while ensuring your print is produced to the highest quality.

We partner with a global network of trusted print providers, allowing orders to be printed as close as possible to their destination for faster delivery and a lower environmental impact.


Processing Times

Orders are typically printed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

During busy periods or public holidays, production times may be slightly longer. If there are any significant delays, we'll let you know as soon as possible.


Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Australia: 3–8 business days
  • Rest of the World: Coming Soon

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.


Tracking

Tracking information is provided where available. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Please note that some smaller print sizes or destinations may be shipped using untracked postal services.


International Orders

At this current time we only ship within Australia. Worldwide shipping coming soon. 


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is supplied and your order has already entered production or has been dispatched, we may be unable to make changes. If a replacement is required, additional production and shipping charges may apply.


Lost or Damaged Orders

We take great care to ensure every order arrives safely.

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery for lost parcels) and include your order number along with photographs of any damage.

We'll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and arrange a replacement where appropriate.
